We went bowling using my rollerchair, basically rolling me into the wall at the end of the hallway, but got yelled at by the RA of the hall. My classes are awesome. Intro to Sociology is gonna be a breeze. The teacher is a crackhead. Intro to CJ will be tough but fun. Here is a list of shows I'm going to so far:

Tomorrow: Ted Leo (solo) at the Middle East
Saturday: BANE at the ICC Church
Thursday: Cursive/Blood Brothers at the Middle East
Monday September 29th: Built to Spill at the Paradise
Saturday October 4th: Juliana Theory/Count the Stars at the Axis
Wednesday October 8th: Hot Hot Heat/French Kicks at the Axis
Friday October 17th: Interpol/Elefant at the Avalon
Saturday October 25th: The Mars Volta at the Avalon
Wednesday October 29th: Ted Leo/Pharmasists at the Paradise
Thursday October 30th: Bouncing Souls at the Avalon
Friday November 14th: Phantom Planet at the Axis
Friday November 21st: Saves the Day/Taking Back Sunday at the Avalon

If you wanna go with me or are going let me know.

First day as a Northeastern Student....REVIEWED!!!

Got "breakfast" with Cassandra and Donovan. I made an sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. It was terrible. We met up with her friend Alex who cas met at orientation, he's a really chill guy, nothing but good vibes. We then met up with this kid Marc, again nothing but good vibes coming outta this kid. We (Cas, Dono, Marc, Myself) took the T into harvard square, walked around a bit, I got some killer stuff at Urban (hold in the gags). I got myself a nice "mosh" hat and a pair of sunglasses. I thought they were just rockstar glasses, they turned out to be womens glasses. Whatever, they look good and why ruin a good thing? We met up with Fredermania and two of his friends from Tufts. I didn't recieve any vibes from these kids, they suck. In the world of cookies, they were buttermilk, flavorless in all meanings of the word. I owned the guy in the goodbye handshake, what wouldve made it better would be if I said "OWNED!!!" but I didn't. I looked for Black Star albums, but they are like impossible to find. I also spent $5.50 on a fucking icecream cone. It was good icecream but for $5.50 I want an orgasm when I eat the icecream. I met up with some kids who I went to H.S. with and we were gonna go to a party but I for one don't want to be kicked out day 2. So I'm calling it not quits but putting things on hold for now. I want to start the year off right.

He had to abide by a stupid noise ordinance because the people who live around the field didn't want to be kept awake. Bullshit, they listened to the entire show. The set was one of the best I've ever seen. He played all the classics, as well as opened with Take Me Out to the Ball Game! Who the hell opens with that song? I dunno, but it was awesome. I'll post the setlist when I have everything situated here. Ok by now. I'll also post an update on how the move-in was and how I like it. Ciao

Chris, look man, I have nothing to say to you. You have nothing on me, you are making yourself look more pathetic each time you comment. Do yourself a favor and just go away. You talk about how I'm trying to get with Caitlin. Actually, I'm just being nice because it seems you weren't. You are still going to class at a 2 year community college. The funny thing though is that you started when you were 18. You think that you make more than my parents? My dad is a dentist and my mom is a speech pathologist. Don't make claims you can't back up, especially when someone calls you on it. I have no problem with you talking shit in my journal because I find it funny, you are the cliche highschool big shot who did nothing with his life after graduation. Oh, and I'm not from team Integra. I don't own an acura. I own a Jeep. And it's stock. Why? Because making cars something that they aren't is tacky. Take your pseudo-street racer and go away. I seriously lost a ton of respect for the person who did this to me because I was waiting all day for word on if she was coming down for Bruce. I called atleast 40 times, left a ton of messages on her tape, and spoke to her mother who had no idea where she was. You know who you are, just know that an appology is needed for your actions.

Anyway, Bruce was amazing....again. He played "Darkness on the Edge of town" and "out on the street". He also played "Independence day". Amazing show. You shoulda been there.
I got the following CD's and DVD's. I'll give my opinions on each as well.

Black Eyed Peas- "ELEPHUNK": I had heard these guys 2 years ago when they were on tour with Lit and No Doubt. They were good then and I liked their style and sound. My feelings were correct, they rock. Great CD.

Nas- "Stillmatic": I saw him last year with Twallib Kweli. I liked him alot. He is soo positive and isn't your normal rapper. Instead of singing about poppin caps and fucking hoes, he talks about black problems. The best song is "One Mic".

Nas- "God's son": Again he is very positive. "I can" is almost a black history song and a good sounding song. "Thugz Mansion" gives me goosebumps, especially when Tupac raps.

The Mars Volta- "de-loused in the comatorium": Ok so I didn't really like the songs I heard at first. But I decided to take a chance and buy this cd. I love it. Kinda reminds me of At the Drive In, and it should, it has members of At the Drive In.

Bruce Springsteen- "Darkness on the Edge of Town": One of the few Bruce cd's i didn't have, I had to purchase it. I love the title track. I love bruce.

Bruce Springsteen- "The River": My Bruce collection is almost complete. I like the two disks. Out on the street is my favorite song.

DVD's

Animal House
Lord of the Rings- Two Towers
Say Anything

Drove out to long island on friday. Stayed with Cassandra. She fucking rocks. We went to the outlets in riverhead and I got me a pair of brown pumas and some kickass shit at J Crew. Yeah thats my fucking crew, what? what? We then drove to H&M and I got some killer shit. I look like a fucking good looking guy in it. Watch out boston girls. I also got the new Rancid cd and Born to Run. I also got to meet Fred *her boyfriend* and her friend Gus. Both were uber-chill. We saw Freddy v. Jason, it was stupid but surprising. We tried to see the secret lives of dentists but got lost and basically ended up in Queens. She's coming down tomorrow because Thursday we are seeing BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCEEE!!!

Cas- secret lives is playing near me...and i know where it's playing. Huzzah!!

Haha yeah the subject has nothing to do with this entry.

I saw Radiohead. The are uber-good. I got to hang out with my gal pal (wow that sounded uber-gay) Cas. Such a good show and good times. We saw Steve Malkmus open up and were both kinda dissappointed that he didn't play any pavement. Bummer. Radiohead was amazing. Even though I'm not as huge a fan as Cas, I still enjoyed making the same noises at the same pitch as the singer. It was uber-fun. The highlight though was my "dansing" to the song "everything in it's right place". Actually it wasn't dansing, it was self-depreciating sex because that song is emotionless. Cas and her friend i think his name was Kyle, were laughing because while i was having my depreiating sex, I had a silly ass grin on my face. Think a Down-syndromned seel smiling.

The other highlight was stealing her JSA/JLA book. HAHA completely random and fun at the same time.

I'm visiting her this weekend and it will be my first time driving the belt by myself. I hate this road with a passion.

I am kinda bummed that everyone is leaving for school because there isn't a lot to do now. But in the upcoming weeks before school, I have the following stuff that I will do.

August 28th- Bruce
August 29th- Atryu
September 3rd- Dashboard
September 4th- Vendetta Red

Not too bad. I'll probably make some trips into the city as well. That's my big update for now. Ciao, and everyone shoulda seen *GIGLE it was by far the best movie of the year.

*Note: I didn't actually see GIGLE.

So I finally understand why girls have problems with guys embellishing stories. While a girl is able to talk to girls and say exactly what happened, a guy needs to make a story sound better to thus impose his masculine greatness. Take today for instance, my friend who will remain nameless had sex with a girl last night, he told "the guys" at work that he had sex for 3 hours! 3 Fucking Hours! Who the fuck does he think he is? Sting? Meanwhile, the girl will probably tell her friends it was at most an hour, still quite respectable, but not rediculous. I dunno, maybe I'm just having fun listening to obvious bullshit. That's all for now. If you read my journal, comment on this cause I think that males and females have an opinion on this.
